Through every phase of life and experience I’ve had, I’ve taken the opportunity to examine my conscious and subconscious beliefs. I look at them through the lens of whether they support me in creating what I want or if they’re creating what I don’t want. You have a choice in how you experience getting older and how you age. Notice which affirmations speak to you, embrace them and use them.
By training yourself to have an affirmative mind, you create the reality you desire.
